Policies

-At least 2 weeks notice on all custom orders is REQUIRED

-Minimum order is two (2) dozen

-Locals to Chino, CA ONLY.  You must be able to pickup.  Under California Cottage Food Law, I cannot ship or deliver.

-Pricing begins at $4 per cookie, and depending on requested cookie design, prices will vary based on colors, size, and complexity of design

-Edible photo images are available for additional price

-50% deposit is due at time of placing order for ALL orders larger than two (2) dozen to reserve your spot via Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle only

-All cookies come individually packaged in a heat sealed bag for freshness

-Any changes or cancellations to your order must be received one (1) week before it is due

-If you cancel within one (1) week of your order, you forfeit your 50% deposit

-Remaining balance is due day of pickup via Cash, Check, Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle only

 

Please keep in mind I am a one woman show and I do not take on a lot of orders at once.  You want a quality product and I want to provide just that.  I appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
